I have & they are honestly one of the best brands! I like this over many expensive brands I tried. Sometimes the dollar tree even has these!
Based on personal use and reviews I’ve read everywhere…I think there’s a production issue with these liquid liners that elf makes. Some ppl love them and say it lasts and is so dark and takes one coat, etc…but others, myself included, think it’s horrible! The quality is runny and you need multiple applications …also, the packaging is cheaply made bc it cracked when I was closing it normally.
I’m not a big fan of their liquid eyeliner. I like other products of theirs but not this one. I find it goes on easy enough, but I sometimes need two coats if I don’t take my time. That’s not a deal breaker for me. Although, what is a deal breaker is that if it even he’s slightly damp, and my eyes run every once in a while due to allergies, than it runs or looks smudged. I want a product that I can put on and not think about, and for someone with my issue, it doesn’t work.
I didn’t like this at all but it could be a back up. I like the NYC eyeliner. It creates a wing in one swipe and is pretty cheap.
