I heard the prints from the app were lower quality. Has anyone had that experience?
I didnt notice a difference in quality but the shipping is more (at least for me) via the app
I wasn’t thrilled with the quality when I ordered some, and I thought it had to do with the camera, but my phone is brand new.
It is a little different in quality. I don’t know why. I had to reprint again online.
Yes, it’s not the same finish on the prints. I spent almost an hour on hold one day trying to find out why there are no options such as glossy, etc when ordering via the mobile app. They said it’s only the one finish which as you see is pretty dull and not smooth. I prefer the glossy via the regular web site. Not convenient, wish they would change that. Hope this helps!

Can anyone explain why the shipping amount changes on the same product depending on the discount/sale/promotion? When I order the memory game as an offered freebie, the shipping is less than the current $20 off promo (Spending $19.99 plus a print to put it over $20). There’s a $2-$3 difference. Doesn’t make sense.
