My Target in Salem, NH had Delta convertible cribs 50% off. I started to take a photo but there was no display so it just would’ve been the box.

  2. Hashin

Can I make a suggestion on using Brick Seek and your posts? I don’t think people understand how it works, especially if newer to couponing. But this is just a tool. No guarantee it’s going to be listed at the price (be sure to scan). No guarantee it will be at your store. And you cannot price match using it either. I feel like people knowing that would help on the comments and frustrations when they don’t have the item or it’s not the price they expected it to be–hey, sometime it’s even lower!

    • Andrea

She always puts “To see if these items are in-stock at your local store and what the price is, just click the DPCI number listed at the bottom of each scenario and enter your zip code to search.” at the bottom of the page. I don’t see how she could make it more clear than that.

      • Hashin

I think it could be a little clearer. Sorry you don’t agree.

      • Kim

I think she is informing that the price listed on brickseek is not always correct.

      • Hashin

Also the price listed on Brick Seek isn’t guaranteed and is different more often than not.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for the feedback! I will be sure to pass this along to the team so that we can mention in future posts that Brick Seek is not always accurate. Also, the post does list – “To see if these items are in-stock at your local store and what the price is, just click the DPCI number listed at the bottom of each scenario and enter your zip code to search.” Hope this helps!

  3. Libby

I bought a huffy scooter for $20 original price was $70! Plus I used my ibotta gift card money!!

  4. Maddy Argo

What if it says in stock but shows full price ?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

It sounds like it is full price at your store. Darn!

  5. chaeysa

If you want a great deal on kid’s bikes, check your local thrift store. Kids outgrow bikes fast. Our daughter’s bike cost $5.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Great score! Thanks for the suggestion!

  6. Melissa Rice

Can anybody suggest what to do with an used breast pump? I know it’s illegal to sell them.

    • Mrs BK

Maybe try babies r us? They have their used baby gear trade in event coming up and they may be willing to safely dispose of it if that’s what you’re looking to do.

    • Bee

If it’s a Medela pump you can ship it back to them for free and they recycle them! 😁

      • Jen

I just checked into this. From what I read on Medela’s site, they no longer cover the shipping cost. You have to cover shipping cost but they will recycle for you. I have my pump in the attic. Would love to know if someone has sent back to Medela and they did cover cost

        • Bee

Really? Darn I have 2 older pumps that I need to send back to them. Thanks for the info.

    • Sarah

Medela has a recycle program. I’m not sure it’s illegal, but it’s certainly not advisable to share/sell breast pumps in most cases. The majority are open system (susceptible to mild/bacteria, etc getting into them motor) and intended to be used for one year (motors often die a slow death).

    • candace

Just fyi. It is not illegal to sell them. EBay is full of used breast pumps people sell but it would be illegal to sell an open system pump if you know you have a contract able disease through your milk like hep c (you probably wouldn’t breastfeed if you did) that could have any remnants in the filter and sold it anyway. I wouldn’t personally buy a used pump online because of the risk but people do. Closed system pump (hospital grade) there are no worries.

    • Maddy Argo

Call a lactation consultant in your area and maybe she knows someone who could use it? It’s illegal to buy used cribs but I still bought mine of Craigslist because it was real nice and I knew it was safe.

      • Sue

I had no idea that crib safety standards had been changed after 2010. Cribs made after June of 2010 I believe can be sold used. I think that it is a little silly on some cribs. Lots of good stuff ending up in landfills. The problem cribs were the drop side cribs. I have a beautiful solid wood huge piece of furniture. It has taken care of 4 kids and about to take on its 5th. It has been in continuous use for 9 years. And has 3 more to go. I wish there was a fix for the older cribs so the landfills were not filled with cribs.

        • Maddy Argo

Ya it wasn’t a drop side crib. It’s all wood! And had only been used for two kids. So I think if people are cautious about it they can buy or use them!

    • ResseCup

What about donating to a local women’s abuse shelter? I’m pretty sure someone could use one and would really appreciate since they are so expensive.

  7. Molly

I just bought this baby monitor two days ago. It was $99 on clearance but now it’s showing it’s less. Can I go in and ask for the price match?

    • Shelby

Clearance doesn’t work with price adjustments but I’d rebuy and return the new one with the old receipt.

      • Maddy Argo

Oh! Ya I would try to see abt returning. Maybe ask them to return and rebuy?

  8. Lin

Thanks! I used brickseek for the Hello Kitty bike. It said my store had one for $23.98. I rushed out the door and indeed they did. It was an opened box so without even asking they gave me another 10% off! $21 sold! Thanks! That’s exactly what my daughter wanted for her birthday in April.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Wow! How perfect! You’re SO welcome! Happy early Birthday to your daughter! 😀

  9. Maddy Argo

Ahh I need that baby monitor! My audio one just broke! Target is good about that kind of stuff so maybe about the price adjustment. Call guest services?

  10. Katiekatt

How accurate is brick seek?? If it says no quantity do I trust it or still go check it out? My baby zoom monitor the handheld portion got dropped and cracked and for that price I’d love to replace it! Thanks

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi there! Brick Seek is not always accurate, it can sometimes differ a bit once you are in store. Hope this helps!

  11. Caryn

So funny I get so excited when I see my deals shared and get a shout out 🤗lol – happy bargain hunting my friends!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      😉

  12. Alicia

I believe Wal-Mart has their breast pumps on clearance too. Most women can get one through their insurance company now.

  13. Renee

I found a baby food maker for 20.00 originally over 100.00 I used a blender with my son but this cooks and bonds and for the price why not lol
