I recently tried their mascara. It was the worst I have ever used. The brush seems very antiquated compared to other drugstore brands. Buyer beware!
Which one did you try? I just started using the lengthening one and love it! It’s the first one I’ve found that doesn’t clump for me

Wipes are good, I dint try mascara but eyeliner was horrible. I tried two and they both were super itchy to my eyes

Should you use Eye Make-up Remover Pads with Eye Make-up Remover liquid? Because when I tried pads by themselves, they were super dry (new package) 🙁
Mine are always super wet. Almost too wet. I think you got a bad one.
The pads I have aren’t dry. If yours were I’d try and contact them about it.
Hip Tip! Turn them upside down to store them. I do this above my shower door to cleanse my day before makeup…sometimes I’m too sleepy to wash before bed😜
