   Has anyone had luck with the $15 back in points on $15 clearance clothes in store? Today was my second try and my account doesn’t show anything yet. Last week, customer service at the store looked at the items I bought and confirmed they were clearance but said I had to call to have the points added and I have had no luck 🙁

  Last week’s trip included a baby outfit but right on top of it was the same points offer so I assumed they would be combinable?

  Yes but it wasn’t how many the order said it should be. Bought $41 said I’d get back $40 because it was stacking 2 point deals with sales items. Called and they added them but they told me the points the order says are not guaranteed or always right. What’s the point if you don’t know what points you’ll get for sure?

  Exactly my thoughts! I have had good luck with the smart sense but if I try to use any points towards an order, it still claims I will get a certain amount of points back but then they never show up. I have spoken to chat support so many time lately as they seem to be more willing to help than email or phone support. When it comes to in store orders though, I guess I am just out of luck!

   If I buy $30 in outfits But have points applied from the sweeps and I apply them to the order does that take
   away from the $30 requirement and make it invalid?

  In the past, as long as you paid OOP for over the amount of points you would get back it wouldn’t matter but lately any amount of points applied seems to invalidate all the bonus points 🙁

   Just be aware that at least my local store changed their return policy pretty strict. 30 days with a receipt. NO receipts without a return.

    I really don’t understand their point system now.I placed $30 order. Now i am getting $18 back. i dont know why. shop your was agent was saying sorry thats it.

    They cancelled my order and keep all of my points. I paid with points and wasn’t expecting to get any back but if they cancel and keep my points too that doesn’t sound right.
