From reader, Jennifer: I heard today was going to be a big markdown on clearance toys at Walmart. I thought I would check it out and I scored big. I spent $184 but the original retail value is estimated to be $739.98! I stocked up for birthdays, Christmas and some toy items to donate. In addition to what is pictured, I got Kidkraft Cinderella Castles for $30 each that were $148 each originally. What a fun deal day!

Do you think clearance stuff was marked down further today? I was there earlier and didn’t price check bc everything looked the same as when I was there last week. They had bouncers but marked $79 I think and a Cinderella Castle was $49. I would go back and check if they might have dropped.
If you were there in the AM they might not have marked everything down yet. I went to three Walmarts and all three were marking down today. Each of them I had to ask the associate to double check the price on items and every time it was scanning lower. Hope you find prices dropped!
My store dropped today. A gal there told me she had 1500 price changes to tag, and they were all toys.

also be aware that Walmart had taken big markdowns in their hunting dept! I scored big time today for my little guys bday coming up: junior compound bow, chair, hunting winter overalls, winter coat, camo pants, hooded sweatshirt, 2 camo tshirts, and a reversible camo/blaze orange ball hat … I might have spent $60 🤗
I saw lots of toddler boy and girl shirts marked down to $2 today and fleece jackets for $3.
Gone Fishin game rang up for only $1 and power ranger Dino chargers $4(usually$8) I was pretty excited!

I found tons of amazing clearance at the Walmart in kirkwood mo, but only on big toys. The belle tea party sets were $9. Big $100 playsets for $15 to $20
I’m so frustrated! I was assembling the Barbie dream house I picked up today, and found that half of the box’s contents were missing. I did see tape on the box, I think it was a return. I’m so mad! I’m hoping one of the other locations that still had dream houses in stock today has some left tomorrow.

I would just contact the manufacturer if not- I’m sure they would make it right even though sounds like not their fault

Went yesterday to pick up an rx and while waiting was browsing the toy section. Found Sofia marshmallow couches for $15 and Disney Princess/Ninja Turtle sleeping bags for $5. Both were by the garden section and not marked clearance. We don’t need much else, but they had pulled most of the toy clearance up front.
Are these suppose to be at all Walmarts? I checked a week ago and most these were marked down but seems a little more unless they marked them down more again. Last year during summer my local store did half off clearance to get rid of them which I used for Christmas. I’m going to have to check out those aisle again 😀
I went to check it out my Walmart is a little more pricey. The Troll Quads rang up $20 (marked $29). I still got it because it was a good price compared to used ones.

I just looked at two stores in Katy, TX for the bounce house and no luck :(. The second Wal-Mart I went to did have other toys marked down though.

My Walmart won’t return any item over $100 without receipt. If you have a receipt, you should be fine.

I saw the post and after the kids were in bed, ran to our rural SW Wisconsin Walmart, hitting up two stores about 21 and 41 miles from my home. Both stores the Brickseek was right on and the one store had 17 Barbie Dreamhouses. I bought one for a friend and one for my granddaughters. Found two Little Tikes Bounce houses at the other store, leaving one on the shelf. Picked up the Doll Ice Cream Truck and bought the Paw Patrol Truck $15 and Lion Guard Set for $11. I scored big and thank you for the heads up on the deals. I cannot believe that when everyone else was out that our rural stores were the place to score!

For $77+ tax I scored a Radio Flyer Ramp and car, 2 Peppa Pig House large construction lego sets, Belle musical tea party, beados, Shine large doll, shimmer and shine mini trunk, 2 Fisher Price toys, etc. I went back and for a Sofia Castle for $25. They were also marking down Radio Flyer pink tricycle to $15 at my store!
How much was the Peppa Pig set? They had one at my store but it didn’t have a price & I went back & forth about scanning to see the price but then decided we didn’t *need* it so I didn’t check. But…if it’s a good enough deal I’ll go back! lol I was super excited to get the Little Tykes bouncy thing though! And a talking Woody doll.

I can’t tell you as I’m saving it for my daughter’s 2nd birthday in April. I tried looking up reviews and found none so your guess is as good as mine. I bought it anyway because it was a great deal and I can’t afford a power wheels car for her. If there’s an issue with it my husband can jury rig it. 😉
