I’ve been looking for a tablet for my 7 year old Will this work? Mainly to play games (minecraft). Can you download through google play or the iphone apps? Or is it exclusive to Amazon?
My kids have this and love it. They play minecraft pocket edition on in that we purchased through amazon for $7. Also they have a ton of free apps they play.

Does anyone know how strong they hold up to kids when dropped? Do they break easily? We have 2 nabis that are 4-6 years old and they are still going strong. Never had any issues with them. Thanks.
My girls are 7 and 8 and these tablets hold up great! They play games and Minecraft.. Listen to music and read books on them. Going strong after 2 years! Only thing I would do differently is not let them plug the charger in themselves. They are a tad bit loose

I agree, mine don’t plug them in themselves but unplug them and the chargers get loose fast compared to mine which I do and don’t have a problem with. They still charge but when it gets to bad I just use pliers to pinch the charging plug tight again.

I purchased 4 of these last year when Ms. Collin posted a GREAT deal. Added an additional memory card, case and screen protector and hid them until Christmas. These were my kiddo’s “main” present and they LOVE them. I’d recommend getting an additional (longer) charger cord as the one that comes standard is VERY short and they like to play when they’re charging. Setting it up to protect my children was super easy, and they play a ton of games, most free. We do have the Minecraft Pocket Addition (for about $7 as someone said) and the great thing is when you buy a game from Amazon you only have to purchase it once and can then send it to each tablet. Hooray!! They have books, audio books, and games they love that I downloaded myself to make sure they’re age appropriate. I’ve blocked any purchasing power as they are linked to my Prime account and several years ago my sister’s boys racked up over $1100 (their DEBIT card was linked!!!!! wowza!!) in charges (that were later removed by the company) so I’d definitely make sure that was done. In all, they’re FANTASTIC little tablets and I’m saving my points and waiting for a deal (I’ve already got the case/cover/memory card) to get one for myself. They’re a lot of fun and with a shock proof case and screen protector, they’re holding up remarkably well. (I did purchase the 2 year additional warranty so if we have a catastrophe, they’ll replace them). I can absolutely recommend these to anyone considering, especially for their children. 🙂

Yes, me and my kids don’t have a problem with that but if you do you can always pay $15 to make it ad free

Best gift ever for my 7 yr old! She is obsessed with horses and there and so many free games that she can search up to her liking.
