Thw new years box is great. The whole thing was packed full and there will only be a couple items out of at least 20 I wont bother to try, like some vitamins. I used my credit right away on vitamins I was going to get anway, new chapter which had a $4 clip coupon on them as well!

Is there a way to find out what the “select items” are that the credit is available to use on are before you purchase? I still can’t figure out if you can use the credit on another brand in the same category even if it’s not included in the sample box.

The only details I see on the credit before you purchase are that you will receive an equivalent credit towards your next purchase of select items in the same category of the box you choose. Once you have made your order you will receive an email with more specific instructions. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, they don’t list them for you. You have to call or do the chat. It’s frustrating and a waste of time for the customer and the amazon rep…..I wish they would put a little tab under your account info with credits and promos listed.
There may not be a place where you see your credits, but they will automatically apply them at check out. So if you put an item in your cart and go to check out the credit should show up. I got the luxury beauty box and thought it was awesome!
