Hi, I just tried to do this online and it told me coupon not valid at this time. 🙁 I tried to do today’s date and it wouldn’t let me so I put in 2/1 and I got that message. I have never ordered online before from here so maybe that is why not sure. I’m in Ohio maybe it is for a specific region. ??

Y’all are ordering other food right? That’s the purpose of these deals. To encourage you to patronize their restaurant and spend money.
I didn’t order any ith5er food, but the size of the free order is so small I felt a little cheap when I let the place. 🙂 That portion would be an appetizer for me, more than a lunch…
If that was the case it would be with any purchase. This deal is actually for tmobile customers to reward them not the entire country.
If this was the case – the coupon would state free with additional purchase. But thank you for interpreting the coupon as you saw fit.
I think these deals are good way to try a place you may not of known about otherwise. If I like the free food, I may come back. It’s nice not to feel obligated to purchase additional for trying something new.

I placed my order online & it worked. Had to add entrees first, then my sides & used the Firecracker as an additional add on. Coupon went right thru. Sometimes the restaurant doesn’t list all items available at each location. Most of their promos are one time use. Panda will flag your debit card # or email. They can detect multiple uses.
