Well the whole week my kids have spring break is not available so I guess not for us….😪

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh bummer! Sorry to hear that Michelle! 🙁

    • Beth

Yup. All blocked off for our spring break too. We could do Easter Sunday but well, we like to go to Easter service and all that. Kind of a bummer. My kids have the monday after Easter off. It almost could have worked.

    • Kathy

I had looked at this the other day (dates) and yea prices are crazy for Spring Break. Wish they would offer deals for weekends and school breaks. Would love to take our family.

I was all ready to book and than I checked their website and saw this better deal:
Exclusive Member Deal | Rates starting at $207.49 and includes $50 nightly resort credit. Valid on stays 1/31/17 – 3/31/17. Must book by 2/13/17. Discount valid for Family Suites, other suites available at additional charge. Maximum three night stay.

  3. Katie

Just fyi there is a 29.99 per day resort fee added on to the prices when you purchase. 🙁

    • Jenna

When I went to put in an order there was a $60 “taxes and fees” added on! Not worth it after that :/

Took my son here last year for his bday and he loved it. His only request for his bday this year is to go back.
They also have this special, “Save up to 40% on a one night stay or save up to 50% on a two or more night stay midweek! Just reserve your suite at least 60 days in advance.” With code ESAVE
My sons bday is June 28th. I booked 1 night on the 27th because the 28th was $50 more. We just got the standard room which regular price was $339.99 but after the code it came to $203.99 and taxes and fees were another $79.72. $283.71 for 1 night UGH. Asked my son, “Wouldn’t you rather go to Vegas?” LOL
Oh and FYI if you do go there don’t eat there. Their food is astronomically priced 😉

We did some slow cooker meals for lunch (sloppy joes, tacos, beef stroganoff) or cold sandwiches or microwave mac-n-cheese bowls when we stayed and ate dinner out of the lodge. Just a suggestion

    • stacy

We went to the KC one. The pizza wasn’t too bad and was only about $1-$2 more than Pizza Hut.

For the rooms that offer a $50 dining credit, is that two per one night stay or one per one night stay?

  6. Molly

So I am thinking about this offer, and it comes to 163.77 after the 10% off, and it includes about $56 in taxes. I saw in the fine print the 29.99 daily resort fee, but when does that get added? If I click purchase for 163.77, is that my final cost and my room is booked? So confusing…

    • Trisha Spangler

Yes, I would say so. I did this offer last time. We got there, got our room keys. Everything was good to go, NO extra charges. It was a BLAST! 🙂

      • Molly

Thank you Trisha and AP! I booked it and am so excited to take our family!

  7. AP

Yep, we did it last year and the resort fees were included in the Groupon. We’re going again in 2 weeks thanks to the bounce back offer we got after checking out last year. 2 nights for $263 (incl taxes and fees). Hoping to get another bounce back offer when we check out this time so we can plan another visit. This was for the family suite in KC.

Buy groupon offers thru ebates for cash back.

  9. natasha mclaurin

We are headed to the Poconos location in a few weeks. Booked directly with them using a bounceback deal. It was $129.00 a night plus tax which beats this deal.

  10. Helen

Law enforcement officers check with your unions for discounts! My nephew gets a $30 discount for GWL which in PA is so expensive so it might be a better deal.

    • Helen

      I meant 30% lol! Not $30!

  11. Sarah

Does anyone know how the $50 meal credit works?
