Anyone have experience with this company? I’m in need of this exact deal but very nervous about dealing with an online only company.

We at in desperate need of a mattress. We have not “test driven ” them yet. I here the all foam leave a duvet after a short while. I know someone that is getting rid of a sleep number because it doesn’t seem to work anymore. I currently have a soft side waterbed. We are looking for a regular mattress, would live any advice/ recommendations anyone has.

I work in the mattress industry, be very careful of what you buy. Cheap in mattresses means spending more money down the road. Cheap is usually open coil designs with a one year warranty (one year means the mattress will only last one year, but usually will change the way it feels long before then) Spend a few bucks more and get a 10 warranty. All of the major brands offer 10 yr warranty at no added cost. My suggestion is go into a reputable established business and try the mattresses. There is a huge difference in feel from brand to brand. I work for Sears and we treat our members with respect and are not pushy. Do your research before you buy

Thank you, Linda! We are in the process of transitioning our little one from a crib–although it’s mainly just in theory at the moment. It’s SO easy to just buy a cheap one and promise to get a better one down the line. But you gave me the perfect reminder of needing to look at it as a long term investment.

All memory foam mattresses from Simmons/Serta/Sealy offer a 10 yr warranty. The industry standard for body impressions on a memory foam mattress are 3/4 of an inch. Anything with a coil is 1 1/2 inches. So a good quality memory foam mattress will get less of a body impression than a traditional interspring

      Thanks!

What about all those bed in a box companies? Anyone try one of them?

I just bought a bed from nest bedding. Still need to unbox. There are a few good mattress websites I used when looking. Sleepopolis and sleeplikethedead are two.

We bought a tempurpedic 7 years ago. At the time, the mattress had a 20 year warranty. This past year my husband has been complaining of neck/back pain and there were very clear impressions where we each slept. Tempurpedic approved our claim and offered us a comparable replacement. However, at the time we bought our mattress there were only 2-3 choices for firmness and the replacement they offered was extra firm. We decided to upgrade and had to cover the difference in price of what we originally paid and the price of the new. But we also have a 10 year warranty on our new mattress and it has helped tremendously with hubby’s pain. In my opinion it is well worth spending more money on a high quality mattress with a good warranty. You’ll end up spending more in the long run if you go cheap.

Reviews for this mattress are available on the website – 400+, I believe.
Still on the fence about purchasing, but I have until the 20th.
