You can also access your rewards certificates on your smartphone after creating an online account.

Reward certificates can be redeemed at any Office Depot or OfficeMax store, online or by phone at 1.800.463.3768. For online purchases, your unexpired certificates are available at checkout.

Hi about how long is the rewards certificate good for before it expires? Thanks!

    • Z

      90 days typically.

Are we able to use rewards to pay for these items and still receive reward?

    • ye

Yes, i have been able to roll them. I acess them through my office depot app so its easy to check expiration.

Before the stores merged, you could pay with rewards and still get rewards. Now that Office Max and Office Depot are the same company, rewards no longer roll. So it takes some effort to use up rewards. Everything in the stores is expensive, but they do price match Staples, Target, Best Buy, etc. — even Amazon, so when a good sale comes along check to see if Office Depot/Max carries it to use up the rewards.

Slightly OT – Do you think Staples will ever have the 1¢ paper again? (It has been quite awhile.)
