I just left my Walgreens to do the scope mouthwash, buy 4 deal. it did not print the $6.00 register reward. I called the manager up, and she had agreed that I had purchased the right items, so she gave me 6000 points instead.
also while I was there another mishap. the tide on sale 2/$6.00 (simple tide) had rung up $6.99 each, which is regular price.
this also was adjusted for sale price.
I caution people to always watch your items being rung up. or check your receipt before heading out. Walgreens is notorious for mistakes. they have been fined for this in the past from an attorney general in another state. I always make sure clearance prices ring up correctly too.
I have caught mistakes on a regular basis.
