Hi Sam , you have to call BBW customer service and give them you name address and E mail .
I never get them. I spend a lot of money on there too. I’ve called customer device a lot too. A friend of mine gets them and never shops there.
I never got them either. The associate told me to create a new email address and give it to her next time I was in the store. That she had had customers complain about that same issue. So, I created a second email address (I now use it for all my store coupons) and it worked! I started getting coupons in the mail about 3 months ago. It’s worth a try!
Emily, same here. I was ordering online no less than once a month. My mom gets them and shops there once a year. I’ve been trying to get on the mailing list for over eight months now. I’ve called customer service four times. I was told that it takes six weeks to get on the mailing list. Each time has led to no avail. When I shopped in store, I attempted to give them my email and was told it wasn’t needed. I even emailed them twice on their website and I received no response. I haven’t shopped there since the last time I emailed them. The way I think about it is if they can’t even respond to my emails, then I’m not a valued customer and I’ll purchase elsewhere. Frustrating, isn’t it? 😔
Your phone number is how you receive the mail coupons. They go to the billing address. If you give a mobile number and another purchase give a landline you’ll receive two sets of coupons. Email is your email obviously. The barcode in the email is taylored to your email so it cannot be reused. They don’t share on retail me not as much either. If you don’t give your info with every purchase you fall off the loyalty program. When use shop with the mail coupons they’ll ask for your email only because your address is already captured from your mailer coupons.
You have to give your phone number and email every purchase otherwise you don’t get them and you fall off their list.
