Years ago, when we first shared this idea, I made frozen yogurt bark using vanilla yogurt, kiwi, and chopped pistachios. I personally loved this combo because we enjoy pistachio ice cream and this salty-sweet combo is delish.

Here are some other fun frozen yogurt bark combos to consider for inspiration:

Tips for making frozen yogurt bark:

  • Use the style, brand, and flavor of yogurt your family prefers. This is easy to cater to your family’s taste! I will say that 2% fat yogurt seems to be heartier and won’t get crystalized as much as nonfat. This would be preferred it over nonfat yogurt.
  • Be sure to use prep the sheet pan with parchment paper. This will make it so easy to crack the bark once it’s frozen!
  • Store any leftover bark in a freezer-safe bag or container with a lid. It can last about 3 months in the freezer.

Sweet idea. I make my own plain Greek yogurt so this would be great with honey drizzled over it with some granola OR fresh maple syrup drizzled over it with walnuts.

Doesn’t the fruit need to be diced not just sliced? Trying to bite into a big strawberry would be a bit difficult, wouldn’t it? Just a thought. Looks fun! We will have to try with smaller pieces of fruit. Thanks for the idea!

    • Lina D (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Ya you can dice smaller! It was sliced thin, but it’s up to your preference!
