Great deal on great polos but JC Penney is a pain in the neck to pick up an order from in the store. There is no customer service anymore so you have to wander the store and keep asking until someone knows and then it takes forever for them to find the order. I know exactly why so many stores are closing.
At my store it is super easy- special register in the back near home department! Takes only a few minutes for pickup! I always try on while I’m there to make sure everything fits so no return trip!
