   There’s also a$1.00/ $3 surface cleaners, ect that’s a CVS coupon good thru 4/9 that will make this an even better deal for some.

  I know cvs use to let you do that but coupon policy has changed lately last time I tried to do this the register beeped so they may have changed this rule…

  I think CVS rounds up if it is a certain % of the total. I want to say 97% but could be wrong

  It’s 98%; so for a $12 spend deal as long as you hit $11.76, the ECB will print.

  The ONLY time the “98%” rule doesn’t apply is a stacked ECB offer…i.e. spend $10 and get $2 or spend $20 and get $5. In order to get the $5, you MUST spend over $20.
