The reason it says ‘manuf’ on the offer, is for state tax purposes. In many states, store coupons are deducted off the subtotal, then tax is figured, then manuf q’s are deducted. If this were a true store coupon, then tax would be figured on $9.98, not $11.98. HTh!

I am just getting back into couponing at CVS after taking a couple years off. You are always my go-to for deals. But the last 2 weeks, I get all my deals ready after looking at your site, head to the store, and many of the deals are not the same at my store. Have things changed where the deals are all regional now? I wanted to do this deal this week, so I made sure to look it up in my local ad, but this deal is not in there. 🙁
Some Stores had 2 week Ads running . This week it changed for my area, so make sure you always check in the Ad of on the website.

What is the cvs app savings? Is that the coupon that comes out of the in store machine or something different?
Hi Kelly, it’s different. In order to get the app coupons you have to download the app (you get $5.00 Extra care bucks the first time you download the app and then sign in it). Once you’ve done that you can send the app only coupons to your card.
I just downloaded the app a couple of days ago. The $5.00 off coupon in my app is $5.00 off a $50.00 beauty purchase. I was so disappointed.
Good morning Diane, call the extra care customer service. I never received my $5.00 ecb’s after downloading the app either. I called and they were able to verify it was downloaded and I signed into it, so they added it to my card. HTH

Thank you Collin for the heads up this morning. I still had 2 $3.00 maybelline q’s that were expiring today. I got 2 of the $5.99 mascaras and a .99 wet n wild lipstick. I had a 20% off q, a $3.00 off $12.00 any lip, eye, or face CVS q, 2 $3.00 mq’s, and the $2.00 app q. I got all 3 for free and made $5.62.

I have Kohls $5 in store coupon. Can I use it for online store pick up order? It’s not letting me do it, has anyone done that?
It did not automatically apply the $2. I used the app and loaded it to my card. Still a good deal.
Sometimes cashiers click through the screen too fast. I always tell them I have sent qs, and when they get to that screen, they’ll ask me which ones to apply.
I have this problem way too often but I just go ahead and make my purchase and then call customer care to get my money back. CVS is experiencing issues with the coupons not loading correctly to the card. Should be fixed by April so they say. You can call customer service and let them know you had a coupon that did not apply. They verify your purchases and give the $2 back in ECBs. Give them 2 days after you make your purchases for the info to post on their end. 1-800-SHOP-CVS
Hi Cathy, call extra customer care and let them know your q didn’t come off. They’ll add a $2.00 ecb as long as it’s still showing on your card, and you purchased the product. I’ve learned that when dealing with coupons I send to card I let the cashier know what needs to be applied to ensure they come off (that way I don’t have to call customer care).

I was so excited to get the mm at CVS for the Maybeline mascara . But, my store has a spend $15, get $5 so the 2- $3 coupons plus $2 app didn’t work for the moneymaker. I am bummed
