I have two from Ikea that are under $4 each. They don’t have a stand but they work great for cappuccinos.
I agree with the above post too! We have both the one with a stand and the one from Ikea…I can’t tell the difference except for the stand and price.

I bought the IKEA one for around $4 and it has been 3 years. Still works!.
I bought an IKEA one to replace a higher end model that bit the dust. It does an OK job, but you get what you pay for. If you don’t mind paying a bit more for quality, I’d go with a higher end model. If you don’t use it frequently and/or are OK with less “froth volume,” go with a cheapie model. This one is really tempting based on the reviews. Some claim that you can whip cream with it. It would be great not to have to haul out the mixer for a bit of whipped cream but my frother isn’t powerful enough to whip cream properly.
