This has nothing to do with this post but the Michaels craft store in my area (Delaware) are currently putting out the grab bags or boxes for $4 or $8 for large ones. I got 3 and got lots of great things! Just thought I’d give you guys a heads up!

We live pretty rural, and my 5-year-old is heading to kindergarten this fall with a 4-day 9-hour per day school week. Thinking of purchasing this for mid morning smoothie for snacks, hope this stays cold long enough… Anyone else use these in packed lunches?
I use them in my sons lunches. I put milk in ogres and add 2 ice cubes just yup make sure it’s cold for lunch time. They’ve never complained!

I have a toddler and we have loved the Hello Kitty Thermos cup! I give her organic milk, which means less pasteurization=spoils much faster than normal milk (think full cottage cheese in under 24hrs), as soon as it even starts to get warm, it starts to smell…. with this cup I have had milk sit out for 12+ hours and still be cold!! And I live in Florida! I had been looking for a insulated sippy for her, and I got ours on sale 2yrs ago at Babies R Us for $10ish (The original price was about $20!!) I couldnt believe they were so expensive and would never have spent that much but after having one, I feel like it would have been totally worth the $20!!! and little-to-no leaking!
When you wash it, just use some dishsoap & a pipe cleaner (or something similar- a twisted paper towel works) thru the straw and/or spout, and I have never had any problems throwing it in the dishwasher…
