When I was growing up my dad had a green Stanley thermos – it was one of those ever-present things that becomes a childhood icon. If I gave it any thought I assumed it was a Thermos brand. Coincidently we were discussing Yeti and the rest of them and his old thermos came up. I’m tempted to get him one for old times sake 🙂
and on a side note his was around for years and always kept things amazingly hot/cold. He said his soup was still steaming at lunch time and a buddy even brought in ice cream in a smaller one 🙂
