This is not available through my phone app. When I click on your link on my desktop, the offer does appear, but it will not let me add it as it normally would. Is Cartwheel now offering some deals to only some users?

I’m on a mobile device and it’s not allowing me to add. I searched on Cartwheel and it’s not there either. Maybe it’s a customer specific coupon? I seem to be getting offers that no one else has also. I currently have a 5% off cat & jack toddler clothes from the “for you” category.

For what it’s worth, I was able to add it earlier this morning, prior to seeing this post. Sunday morning ritual, looking at the app on my phone before I get out of bed to see new offers. It did not have the light blue ‘exclusive for you’ bar in it. I’m in Indiana.
I loaded it earlier around 7am now it is gone.
I have it on app but says not available to add.

I wasn’t able to add it either and I also noticed that there were a few coupons I couldn’t add also. The coupons were only located in the collections. It was for Annie’s products and Hormel.
I doesn’t show an “Add” offer button for me. Then when looking into the “For You” category I notice that some say “exclusive”, I guess there are some that only certain people get now.
Keep checking! I just looked again from my phone & was finally able to load after checking daily with no luck.
I was able to get it in south Texas. At my store they had them for $5.99 instead of $6.99. Thanks!
