I’m annoyed with Ibotta right now. Neither the Lane Bryant or Hallmark offers are available on my app. I haven’t redeemed either one. I’ve been dealing with tech support but so far nothing has been resolved.
Have you refreshed your rebates ? Restart your phone ?
I didn’t get the Hallmark rebate either in my app (but my friend who lives nearby did) and when I emailed Ibotta, they said that not all people get the same rebates at the same time. Very frustrating bc I could use the Hallmark one right now 😳
I didn’t get the Hallmark offer either, emailed Ibotta about it and got the same response about not everyone gets it.
I love ibotta. This app is awesome. It is very user friendly and they are always adding new rebates regularly. Once you sign up and redeem your first rebate, you get a $10 credit added to your account. If you do it within 7 days, I’ll get $5 (which I would really appreciate)

The thing that is frustrating is that they sent me emails for both the Lane Bryant and Hallmark offers. Also for the Hallmark offer it’s on my Ibotta app on the advertising banner but doesn’t allow me to view or activate the offer. I understand that different offers are not marketed to all users but if you send me an email about a specific offer you better let me use that offer.
