Got a version of this…not impressed…Sat in the corner & found myself vacuuming the dust off the top of it as it sat idle in the corner. Maybe I’m too fussy but I’d rather vacuum myself! Finally packed it away.

I ordered this about a month ago and I love it! Works great on our hardwoods. I paid full price…does anyone know if I can call amazon to get a price adjustment if it’s been a month?
I thought if u bought it within a month you can get a refund… never hurts to try!!!
I believe their adjustment time is 10 or 14 days but it’s worth a try.
Some returns are 30 day. Check your order history and see if it is still returnable. You may even be able to call and negotiate with them.
Also if you bought it thru Discover card, I believe they provide price adjustment if the price lowers within 90 days. Just need to call them to file claim and send in proof of purchase and screen shot of lower price.

Karen, we have the Roomba version of this and totally love it. Again, can’t speak for this brand. We adopted what was supposed to be a “medium shedder” fur baby (Rat Terrier mix) and totally love it for not just picking up her fur but also the little pieces of grit and sand that naturally come in off of shoes. We are actually on our second Roomba as we utilized our first one so much. We have tile and carpet and it works great on all of it. Just be mindful, if you have things that an automated vacuum like this can get stuck under that it is best just to pick them up or move them so it can’t get stuck. Cords as well can get wound up in the roller too (you know, like headphone cords. Oh, also, I have long hair and after I release it in our bedroom/bathroom, I have to make sure I clean out its rollers because a lot of my hair gets stuck in it. Really though, we love, love, love it.
I wouldn’t buy this, even if it were $1! One was purchased for our mother in-law and it would keep bumping into the same wall- going back and forth. Doesn’t do an effective. We sent it back. Was NOT impressed.
