They have to be separate otherwise only one RR will be issued

Yes, you have to purchase 3 in the same transaction; otherwise the RR will not print. That’s why in the post it only suggest using 1 mq.

1. Submitted one yesterday and screen confirmation
2. Submitted a new one today under a different email and got screen confirmation, email confirmation and in 10 mins the gas e-commerce.
3. Waiting for #1, checked spam folder and nothing. Tried resubmitting under another email but got a duplicate receipt screen msg. I read the rules PDF and there is no customer service line..and disputes would have to go thru a court in Wisconsin.

Which gas station did you take this to in order to get your $5? I’ve gone to 3 gas stations and they don’t accept it because they don’t key in the credit cards!
I submitted on my iPad, all easy to do. Was disappointed when I received link it was blank when I clicked on it. However, when I contacted the customer service link on the same email and advised them of the problem, they emailed the next day with a link that worked. Very happy!
Can’t find anyone to take the paper e-card…..they want it on phone so they can scan. Too much fraud going on 🙁
