We got one of these a while back. We found a scorpion in our house. (We think it was in a box of tiles we bought.) Anyway, my husband used the flashlight to look for more scorpions. Fortunately did not find any more. But my husband discouraged me from using it. We are animal lovers. Shining it on our carpet was not pretty. Sometimes ignorance is bliss.
