My husband and I like the Heavenly Light version in this, we tried other flavors but always come back to this one. One thing we noticed though, is that a while back they really shrank the size of the $1.00 bags. I was pretty shocked the first time I saw by how much. But, free is free, so we will take it! Thanks for the heads up!

You’re welcome Sharon! Thanks for the feedback! πŸ˜‰

The white cheddar is our favorite.

    • Erica (Silly Sidekick)

      Awesome!

There are two other Gold Emblem Abound coupons (save $2 on nut/trail mix items and save $1 on grocery/beverage items). Are there any sales on these other items as well or should I just print out the ‘save $2 snack item’ coupon?

    • Gail

Since they don’t expire until the end of the year, I’d print them for a future sale.

The gold emblem abound nut bars are $1.77 or 2 or more for $1.50 each here in R.I. today. I love your web site but sometimes I can’t get your great deals. Bummer πŸ™

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn! Sometimes sales can vary by region πŸ™

Ours weren’t on sale at all. πŸ™ I was very disappointed in my CVS deals this week. My Charmin Checkout 51 didn’t work and neither did my Skintimate Checkout 51 and I really don’t have money to pay the extra. πŸ™ Apparently, the deal shouldn’t work for anyone because it includes coupons, which my Checkout 51 email said were not allowed. πŸ™

I wonder if the Gold Emblem $2/2 nut/trail mix coupon can be used on the nut bars and small size cashews and pistachios. Has anyone tried this deal yet? I used the $2 snack coupon on two bags of $1 popcorn and $1 beverage coupon (on much needed prune juice!!!) today with no problems though.

I got the grocery or beverage coupon and used it on some onion powder as the spices are on dale for 1.00.

  7. Kristie Mae

Odd, every single coupon says print limit reached. Is this happening for anyone else?

    I couldn’t find $1 popcorn at my MA storeπŸ˜•

    • Mina

That’s odd, try going to a different CVS. I live in MA and all 3 of my CVS had the $1 popcorn. These are located in the dollar section in a tiny corner so you might miss it with just a quick glance.

It took me awhile to find the $1, they are now in smaller bags then before. My husband and I enjoyed them that night.
