I have never been to a michaels class before. Is there a start and end time or is it an open time?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

It is from 1PM-3PM. You could always call ahead to your store to see how they schedule the event within that time. Hope that helps!

Last time they had “make your own slime” I took the kids (8 & 10). The slime was already made. They gave each kid a plastic egg full of pre-made slime and they had bowls of things to add/mix into it…..beads, googly eyes. My kids were real disappointed because they wanted to actually make slime.

Bummer! I just saw the ad says they provide the pre-made slime as well.

Same thing happened at my store, my kids were not happy at all.

FYI #1 – U should prolly find out if u need 2 reserve a spot & if not required, show up a bit early just in case. FYI #2 – if u miss attending or want 2 really make ur own “slime” (or Playdough) it really is a simple Chemistry/Science recipe to create hands-on & the internet, especially youtube is littered w/sites showing ingredients necessary (I believe cornstarch is one) to concoct.

My son made one at school with playdough inside the balloon. Its very cool!

Thanks, this will be great for my kids to do.

      You’re welcome! 🙂

We made a stress ball with balloons and water beads. 🙂 Just make sure it’s a good balloon or you might have water beads all I’ve 😉

We made an easily slime with Elmer’s glue 4 bottles, add desired food coloring drops to make the color wanted, add 3 tablespoon of contact solution, mix and add 1 to 1.5 tablespoon baking soda. Mix to create slime.
