Are you sure they’re only accepting gift cards, or only accepting gift cards with a PIN? It might be the latter, I’ve never known a Panera to not accept Visa, Mastercard, (and now Paypal in some instances) for Rapid Pick Up Orders. I’d double-check if I were you! 🙂

You are entering your information in the wrong spot. You need to go further down and enter your payment information.
Yes, gift card with a PIN. Entered my MC and the “place order” option was not enabled. Am I missing something??
Again, that is not the correct place to enter your “payment information”. That spot is if you are entering a GIFT CARD. Scroll down more and look to your left. That is where you enter you debit/credit card information.
On my computer it shows the same thing, but when I scroll down a little bit more you can add in your credit card info! HTH

I had a $5 off a delivery order on my rewards. It let me apply it to my rapid pickup order instead of the delivery order. I was trying to use the code you posted about and when I went to checkout it told me I had a reward that applied to my order. Just figured I’d share. Not sure if the code was able to be combined with the $5 off as I did not try it.

Yes, thank you so much for sharing! I let one of these $5 off delivery expire back in May because I am not in my Panera’s delivery area. I had another one in my account now and it let me use on my online rapid pick up order I placed for later this afternoon. I also had a gift card (with a pin) so nothing out of pocket for some treats today and bagels in the morning:) Thanks again for sharing this useful information. Have a great day:)

Panera in AZ bought out another chain & the quality has gone down hill fast. I just moved here from Seattle & Panera in Seattle ROCKS! I ordered a grilled cheese at AZ location & it was on Texas toast that had been heated. One piece of bread had grill marks but not the other. The cheese was a simple slice of American cheese. I contacted Panera & their response was “thank you for your feedback”. I have a gift card but I’m so disappointed in quality that it may not get used.
They are switching their business model to a drive thru one. It’s really hit or miss now and their employees are ehhhh. Still love it as a fresh option and much better to be able to drive thru instead of hitting up another fast food.
I’ve been craving tomato soup these past few days, and thought of making it from scratch, but this is faster;) Great timing! Thanks for posting this.

Same thing happened to me. Just today I received an email from Panera with $2 off my next order. It allowed me to combine the $3 promotion with the $2 promotion so I got $5 total off the order. This was in Phoenix Arizona.

You are not looking in the correct place to enter your debit card information. On that same screen, ignore that section that says gift cards with a pin, scroll down more and look to your left. That is where you enter your debit card information.

I always having issues at Panera. I can’t count how many times I’ve went in and they say oh our systems down we can’t use your rewards number or you can’t use any of your coupons or free items. Just happened again yesterday. And more than once I’ve purchased gift cards and go to the munch on my app and had to go months without being able to access them because they were having “issues”.
