Make sure you actually get your points. Mine never posted. I’ve emailed Rite Aid, and am waiting to hear back.

Darn! Hoping you hear from them soon!

I didn’t get points either and told me to call after 24hrs. 🙁

I got my 500 PP. I bought Nice N Easy Hair Color (Nat Med Brown) and 1 Root Touch Up (Dark Brown). I read somewhere that some of the blonde shades weren’t tracking, so that might be why you didn’t the points if those products weren’t in the system. Hopefully they’ll get it straightened out and credit your missing points.

I have a $4/$20 coupon that printed from the register a week ago. Is the $20 before or after manufacturer coupons? Before mfr coupons, my total will be about $20 but after mfr coupons, I will be under $20. Should I hand them my $4/$20 store coupon first? thanks

    • Chloe

I would hand them the $4/$20 first Kevin. Everything thing should be fine after that.
