This company treats their sellers terrible. My stuff got wet where they stored it therefore they didnt accept any of it(they stored it for a month prior to opening it ) I can t even go on to explain how they handled it , one experience I wish I could forget. I like a good deal like the rest of us but theres no excuse for treating people that way. It was over a year ago so maybe things changed.

Nope, they havent. They are now charging a $10.99 “bag fee” to process your clothes.

Oh bummer! Sorry to hear about that 🙁 Thanks for sharing your experience!

Everything I’ve purchased from here has been promptly donated. Maybe ive had bad luck, but my local goodwill is a better bet!

They lost half of the contents of the box I sent in. 🙁 I like Swap much better.

I love Thred Up for shopping! I’ve gotten some great deals on leather jackets and designer clothing, and find it addictive. I rarely get a piece of clothing that I don’t want to keep, but I am careful about what I order. I read the measurements on the item because sizing can be way off. I also avoid any items that say “small stain” or “needs washing”. I read the listing carefully to make sure the item is “like new.” I agree that selling items through Thred Up is a waste of time. Their payout is really cheap, even on like new items.
