Walgreens really is soooo expensive compared to Target or Wal-Mart. The Neutrogena revitalizing lip balm is 9.79 at Walgreens. Less $3 store coupon and $2.50 manuf coupon, Walgreens price is $4.29 + tax. Still higher by a few cents than Target, and would gotten me more $$ in gift cards than Balace reward points.
Yep, drug stores are going to be priced higher than Target or WM. But where you get the most bang for your buck is stacking a sale item with store coupons + manuf coupons + store rewards and top of with cash-back apps and you can really make $$ vs shopping WM or Target. You just have to know how to play the game!
