Does anyone else have trouble with SmartSource? I can print SmartSource coupons to my work printer, but cannot print to my home printer (even though it is set as default). The website doesn’t give me an option to change the printer it uses. If I am printing at home, it simply says ‘printer is offline’ (referring to my work printer). uggghhh!

Hi, I sometimes have this problem too! You might want to try to print a sample page–it can be the webpage that you are on or email. Once the printer box pops up, make sure you physically click (or choose) your home printer. Once you’ve done that, go back to Smart Source & request to print the coupon. Your previous actions should have set up SS to print on your home printer now. Good luck! I hope it works! 😉

I have found that you have to download the latest Adobe.

Yes my computer always says I have to download that version to use smartsource printing. But everytime I try to download adobe, when it’s finished some error always happens. I’ve completely given up on printing coupons from smartsource… Months of frustration.

I had issues yesterday using two coupons on the solutions (bought 2) and the eye drops (bought 2). They would only allow me to use one of the $5.00 for the solution and one for the drops. They said it was because of the $5.00 GC promotion. Did anyone else have this problem? I have never had an issue with coupons and GC promotions before.
