In past it was possible to use cartwheel with manufacture coupon. Can we not do that any more ?
Yes, you should be able to without any problem. I think you can only do this “in store,” but not online.
Please read the post. They are manufacture coupons that are on cartwheel. So you cannot stack with your own printed coupon.
