How long does it usually take to receive your prints? I placed an order on the 9th and the status is currently showing as shipping soon.
I placed an order on the 8th, and it’s also showing that same status. Originally it said “ships in 14-18 days”. Obviously that hasn’t happened in my case.

I placed an order before Father’s Day and got the rush shipping and it never showed up in time. Then I got an email saying the order was cancelled due to poor quality even though it said good quality when I uploaded the photo. I had to email them the photo and when I came they cropped half the photo out. I went through the return process but have yet to get a refund. Very disappointed.

I have placed about 6 orders now and have had absolutely AMAZING experiences every single time. All the ones I have ordered have been for work. I have an amazing, giant 40×30 size in our lobby at my office (that’s how nice they are) which shows the Navy destroyer that my company built. I have a 28×20 next to my desk of the same ship off Point Loma in San Diego. The quality is perfect – it actually looks like a painting and gets tons of compliments weekly. I have also ordered 4 16×30 of our ship for retirement presents – everyone has loved them and quite a few people of started ordering from the site after seeing the final canvases.
I’ve used many different options on our orders but typically, I order 0.75″ depth (free), photo wrap style (free), no filter, with the sawtooth hanger (+$0.99). I’ve also opted for the additional SimpleTOUCH-UP (+$3.49) option to have them look at my photo/canvas before printing it. I have used the expedited $6.99 shipping and it got here amazingly quick (ordered Tues 3/28, arrived in my office Mon 4/3). Regular shipping took longer (ordered 5/18, arrived 6/2) – I have the packing slips filed.
One thing you need to make sure before you order is that your photo/image is at least 300dpi (dots/inch) – right click on file, properties, details, and look for Horizontal & Vertical Resolution. Your image won’t usually print well unless it’s high resolution.
I won’t hesitate to order again for personal or work needs. The company is super pleasant to work with and promptly responds to emails whether they be questions or compliments. I have absolutely zero complaints. If you are worried about length of shipping, you should purchase the expedited or $3.99 regular option; the free shipping specifically says “Production time of 12-14 business days. Please allow 4 – 6 business days for delivery.” which is 16-20 business days, essentially 3-4 weeks . I have literally never been disappointed and would wholeheartedly recommend Simple Canvas prints.

You’re very welcome =) It’s a little trick I learned when I worked as a promotional products buyer. Our graphics department wasn’t able to use anything less than 300dpi when they designed our catalog and then I learned all about high-res, dpi, etc. It so much easier to design canvases or stuff on Shutterfly and Snapfish. You literally don’t have to worry, at all, about how the image will look if you use 300 dpi.
If you’re using an image from your phone, email it to yourself as an attachment and select “largest” or “best” quality when it asks; typically, this will mean that the image attachment will be high enough resolution to print.

Note that the “free shipping” expected days are business days only, so it will take an entire month to get your order which is disappointing to me. I know I can pay for upgraded shipping for about $15 for it to come in 2 weeks, but if it’s costing them the same amount to ship it in 2 weeks vs a month, I shouldn’t have to pay extra for what I consider a normal shipping time. This company needs to improve turn around time.
