Garmin makes THE BEST running watches. I have an apple, fitbit and a garmin and I prefer the garmin. I had the 220 which was the predecessor to the 230. It has everything most average runners need. I upgraded only because I am hoping to do a full and I’m slow enough that I needed the extra battery life.
