OT, I received my Target order today and got everything I ordered. But they also sent me a pair of shoes and a packing slip with another person’s name on it. I went to return the shoes to Target today but the manager told me I had call customer service and mail it back. I am a bit annoyed because I will have to spend extra time to mail the item back. The odd part is the shoes is not even listed on the packing slip. Any suggestions?
I would just either 1.) keep the shoes and not worry about it or 2.)chat with Target customer service on their website. No reason for you to go through all that extra trouble when it wasn’t your fault!

Ironically, I had an order from target delivered and they had sent the wrong item. Similar item, but different upc, different size, etc. and not what I ordered. I went to my local target to swap for the ones I originally ordered and they gave me a hard time because I didn’t have the receipt…..it took me a long time to convince them that I had a receipt for what I purchased, but not the wrong items they sent. Agree that it’s annoying to have to fix their mistake. 🙁
Sorry to hear Lynn. That is frustrating. Honestly Target is very good with sending the correct items every time. Today was the only exception. I do understand that mistakes happen since they have a lot of orders. But frustrating when it’s their mistake we have to correct.
I’m going to bet when you call customer service they will take care of everything for you. I’ve had to call a couple of times and their CS reps were super nice every time.
Thank you Kimberly for your reply! That’s good to know about their CS reps. I think the customer service in the store varies for Target. But that’s to be expected since it’s a big company.

the towels at the link say 52×27″ but the description says “Dimensions: 27 inches L x 16 inches W”. any idea which one is correct?
