Unfortunately, no. Coupons cannot be used on the “free product” of a bogo sale. So, you must buy 4 items (2 free, 2 paid for) to be able to use this coupon.
At least at Walgreens, this is the policy. CVS will allow two coupons for 4 items purchased, regardless of the bogo sale.
I was able to use 2 of the coupons at my Walgreens. I wonder why I was able to?
At my local Dollar General, 6pk Dial soap is on sale this week for $2.00 each. Pair that with this $3.00 off 2, you can score dial soap for $1.00 each pack!! I can’t find this coupon anymore though.
