I’m really not sure why I got free shipping with soma. I am a long time customer, but I’m not a silver or gold passport member right now, so it surprised me. I just tried putting things in my cart and it said it was free!

I got the deal…nice surprise. I’ve bought lingerie from Soma but had never shopped at the other two stores. The sales were good ones. I will keep them in mind as I shop for Christmas. Got two $50 necklaces for $1.06 at Chico’s, a pair of earrings at the black white store for $0,, and a night shirt at Soma for the cost of shipping. Not bad for a shopaholic whose budget is tight at the moment. 😊

I agree. They didn’t honor their last offer and now they are offering another offer. I wasted a lot of time to have them NOT honor the code. I am not concerned about the money as much as the lost time and frustration.
Ditto! I actually went to the store. Wasted a ton of time. If it had been a mistake maybe I would understand but White House Black Market was totally dishonest in their response and handling of the offer. I never did get an apology or a replacement offer so I am dismayed to see them offering another one. Won’t be shopping with them or recommending them either.
Got mine! And used them! Got a bunch of free stuff. One of the best deals ever. Soma had free shipping if you are a member and usually shop with them. I buy my bras, pjs and more from them. Way better quality than VS.

I tried to use the Chico’s coupon at the store for a purchase totaling $22.50 but it didn’t work. We called customer service and although it should have worked, I decided to pick up another pair of earrings. Once I exceeded $25, it then worked fine. Thanks for pointing out this deal. I thought I could use it at any one of the 3 stores but didn’t realize there were 3 coupons — one for each store! Got a dress at WHBM (originally $200 for $35), a shirt and 2 pairs of earrings at Chico’s (spent $3) and haven’t gone to Soma yet.
