  I did what one reader suggested, I bought a $5 GC from the redbox site, loaded it to my account, then loaded my $20 one from Groupon. It says I have a $45 balance now.

  It says that but when you use it you will only have $25 of balance to use.

  Good question I wouldn’t buy unless all the problems were worked out. Last offer was a nightmare from what I read about it.

   I would not do this so many people had problems. I think it’s important to warn others if you do not want to have to buy an additional $5 gc to get your $20 to work do no do this offer.

   I bought this offer the other day. I just kept trying to redeem it and today it finally redeemed into my Redbox account just fine. I’m guessing they got the kinks worked out.
