My target manager “Carmen” caused a scene. She had 4 employees, including herself standing at the register going through my entire cart. She said the Neutrogena coupons are for Bjs Wholesale. I asked where on the coupon it says they are for Bjs and she said I cut it off. She also said they wont take Unleaver coupons as they are having a dispute with the company. I asked her what she meant and her response was that companies like suave and Iams they are having problems with and wont honor their coupons. Taking everything back out of bags and counting how many items i had. Then questioning if I had the right product… After requesting 3 times that she just give me back my coupons and telling her that my daughter and i were embarrassed and would just leave she would respond with “Honey, we just need to make sure you have the correct things”. Finally I just walked out.
