I recently moved to Arizona & Panera’s here have terrible food. In Seattle it’s amazing & fresh but not here. I contacted them because my grilled cheese to-go wasn’t warm enough to melt american cheese & only toasted on one side. In Seattle they use better cheese. They responded that they would let their creative team know. How about the cooks? Cooking a grilled cheese doesn’t require creativity. Almost felt like they didn’t really read it. I have a gift card I know I’ll never use.

Yes. Panera changed their business model to more fast food with drive thrus and stuff. Depending on the location you can get really bad quality food. I got a strawberry chicken salad the other day that cost $7 and had 1/2 cup of lettuce and NO chicken. Err come on!

  8. Kalynn
