Sub/Save relative newbie here and need help……I just did my 2nd monthly order. It appears that at some point prior to your ship date the order “locks” and you can make no changes (e.g. add another item, etc)? I noticed it *9 days* before my ship date? Does anyone know what the exact time frame that this “lock down” occurs? For planning purposes? TIA
They send an email just before you can no longer make changes to subscribe and save. Sorry don’t know the number of days
Yea, it is around 8-10 days before the order processes. They send you the final email for confirmation and let you know that is your last chance to make changes. My orders always arrive before the subscribe and save date in my orders.
Thanks to you both. I did check my emails and all I saw was the individual emails about each item being shipped. I put a bookmark in my phone calendar 11 days out. I had something to add for this month as I was at 5 items/15% off, but it flipped to next month. Will have to monitor until I get it all figured out. Thanks again!
