Do these jeans run true to size or do you size up on them?

    • NV

My kids been wearing TCP jeans for years and I feel they are true to size.

      • Jennifer

        Okay great! Thank you!

  2. Hannah

Do you know if these is going on in store as well? I don’t know what size to order. Thanks!

    • Bobbi

Their website says it’s online only.

      • Hannah

Thanks! I looked, but must have missed that part 🙂 I guess I can take my son to the store to try them on and then go home and order online 🙂

  3. Luna

Never bought jeans for my 4year old before are these good especially for a first timer who might reject them forever if not comfortable

    • CO Mama

At $6.99 it’s worth a try. $9.99 is usually the best sale price on jeans. Hope that helps, their straight leg Jean is a nice fit. Plus they carry husky & slim in addition to regular for better fit.

  4. Tigerpaw12

I find these jeans are a perfect fit, there are different styles and there is an adjustable button inside to adjust the waist, I love tcp because they also carry husky jeans.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Awesome to hear how well they fit! Thanks for the feedback!

  5. Courtney

Thanks so much! I got 3 pairs for $22.44 with FREE in-store pick-up! Stocking up for winter 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re so welcome Courtney!

These jeans are always a great deal but they suck so bad. 😂 That is not very eloquent, but honestly, my boys get holes in the knees within a month or 2. I have to buy twice as many pairs of these just so when December rolls around I can replace all the pairs I gave them in September. $6.99 is an amazing price, but realize you’re getting a crappy pair of jeans. Note: my daughter has usually been able to go through them less quickly, I realize boys are tougher on jeans, but I would prefer to buy 1 pair of quality jeans that will last for most of the school year than 2 pairs of jeans that be completely trashed before May arrives. If anyone has any other recommendations for boys other than Land’s End Iron Knee (love them!!!), please let me know.

    • Ann Dee

I know! They DO suck so bad! Lol. But they look so great on my 10 year old I keep buying them. And have since he was 4. I have tried some from k mart and Sears because they were on sale and they just don’t look as good. I am afraid to try Levi’s because they feel thin, too, and are always around $20. And other stores are either too stiff or too plain. Help! 😉😂

      • Mona

Levis jeans are very good and last forever. Kohls brand of Urban pipeline is sturdy and soft

        • Shannon

Agree! Urban pipeline still looks great after a full school year and my kid outgrew them before they wore out. Win!

        • Trinity

I’ve had good luck with Levi’s and if you buy from Costco they are 12.99 or so and last a lot better imo.

      • Renee

Last time I got a $10 coupon for JCPenney I got their Arizona jeans for my son and they have been decent!

      • Rim

For my now 5 yr old son, I have tried various brands of jeans past 2 yrs and he has been too rough on all of them. So I prefer tcp ones as they are cheap and I have “straight” and “loose” fit available for him.

    • Chelle

I agree. I’ve been buying these for my kids for roughly 7 years and in the last couple years they really downgraded their materials or something. But for $7 shipped I’ll bite.

  7. Sam

Anyone know if you send to someone else do they include the prices on the receipt.

    • Lo

      Believe there’s a gift option.

  8. Shelly Solorzano

BUYER BEWARE! I bought 3 pairs for my kiddos (Boy & Girls — online) and now will be taking them back. They are SO COARSE. The material is really terrible. Even washing with a huge amount of fabric softener will not make these wearable. Sigh…. I did buy 2 pairs of denim jeggings, they are really good ones. But NOT the jeans.

    • Shelly Solorzano

P.S. I really like the fabric of the Gymboree jeans for my girlie, and the Denizen jeans from Target for my boy. Great prices on sale, comfortable kids ready to learn in school and not be distracted by uncomfortable jeans.

      • candace

I haven’t bought some in awhile but I’ve heard they changed their manufacturing. I don’t like that they’ve changed their toddler jeans to be the fake button front. I don’t mind it on shorts but not like that for 2t-5t jeans.

  9. Mindy

When I put mine in the cart it shows the price as $14.98🤔 anyone else?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

How odd. Are you by chance using a mobile device? Sometimes that can cause issues. If not, maybe check again in a different browser. Hope this helps!

    • Lauren

Make sure you are adding the BASIC jeans. They have other jeans that are on sale.

    • Lauren

      *not on sale

  10. Rachel

Is anyone else having trouble signing up for their emails to get the $10 off coupon code?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hmm, are you using a mobile device? If not, be sure to try a different browser. Hope that helps!

    • Junip

I’ve tried many times and it’s never worked for me. I’ve never shopped there before so I was trying to get the sign up coupon for the first purchase. I tried multiple browsers on my computer, chrome and safari on mobile, multiple email addresses and even checked spam folders. Never received a single email from them.

To save other people’s time, someone has used it already

  12. angela

Thank you. Trying these for the first time and buying ahead from growing into sizes too. For people wondering about tough jeans for outdoor kids we’ve had great luck with the wrangler ones at walmart. Seriously but a few pairs on a whim and wow they were a revelation. Wear lime iron too.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You’re welcome Angela! Thanks for the helpful feedback!

  13. Renee

I’ve had a good experience with these jeans. Once Upon a Child sells these used for $8 so this is a good deal!

  14. A.B.

We like these jeans, especially for the price. My kiddos only wear jeans a few times a YEAR though, so we’ve never worn through a pair.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. Good to know they have worked well for your family!

  15. Holly

Rite Aid has $8 back in points when you buy a $50 Children’s Place gift card!

  16. Angie

They price matched the deal at the outlet store for me!

  17. Anita

A great tip is to put iron on patches on the inside of the jeans (knee area). I bought jeans from a consignment sale that had them. Boys are rough on jeans:) Hope this helps!
