When I was checking out, I had trouble with editing my address so I went to reboot BIG mistake! When I came back to my cart, it wouldn’t accept my discount code. It said it had been used 🙁 I wasn’t about to lose that discount without a fight so I simply called and Customer Service couldn’t have been more helpful. These are great quality! I just washed my son’s from last yr in the washer & it’s perfect. The lunch boxes are a little bigger than pottery barn kids. I also threw it in the washer & it came out like new. These backpacks will last you for years.

$12 gone 🙁 its odd because it’s coming up $12 For the pool colored one but when added to cart it goes up to $49.50. I called customer service and she’s only get the $49.50 price also! So sad
