We purchased these London Fog coats for Boys last year. The quality is terrible. They are not waterproof/water resistant. The hood is unusable due to the cut and it can’t be removed since it is fixed to the coat. The jacket is also ridiculously thick that our kids couldn’t move comfortably or put their arms down (much like the little boy in The Christmas Story). I wouldn’t recommend these at all. You would have better luck with a coat from Walmart.
