This portable ice maker can produce nine ice cubes every 6-8 minutes and up to 25 pounds of ice per day. It features a self-cleaning function and touch buttons for easy operation. This would be great to have on hand for parties or to make extra ice for those long hot summer months.

    I’ve been wanting one! Thank you! I get ice every week and I just don’t have room in the freezer for it. I had a Walmart gift card with $4 on it and I went thru my UPromise.com account to save another 5%. So I saved an additional $7!!

      I received a similar email, Crissy. I’m crossing my fingers right along with you–was all set to pick mine up yesterday per the email confirmation. The sad part is Walmart has already charged my credit card!

    I called Walmart.com about my order and they said it was stuck in limbo and would have to be canceled and reordered. When I went to place the order again the stainless steel was out of stock and they would not substitute the red. In fact they said when the stainless steel came back in stock they would not give the pick up discount but would give me 10% off instead.

    So this item was supposed to arrive at the store yesterday. I have been tracking it and noticed that there was no activity, which I know is unusual. I contacted Walmart.com via chat today, and they insisted that I would have to cancel and reorder due to a ‘system issue’. When I explained that I did not want to do this because I was concerned about a price difference, the agent insisted that the price was the same at $99.99. When I explained the pickup discount I originally received was not applied when I attempted to reorder, he finally came back and said that not only would they fulfill the original order, they gave me an additional 5% discount. I have to wait for the item to be restocked, but I’m just glad they honored the original order.

    I received the same “delayed” email. When I called today I was told that I would have to cancel and reorder the item. I also told them that I did not want to do that because of the price difference. The representative stayed on the phone while I reordered the item and then did a goodwill price adjustment to bring it back to $58.71. The stainless is now out of stock so I had to choose the candy apple red color. I did not ask nor was offered any additional discounts. I hope it all goes through…

    I also ordered the stainless steel ice maker and it was supposed to arrive in store today. When it did not arrive I contacted customer service via chat and was told that the item was lost in transit. They said my only option was to accept a refund. I explained that I would accept the other color that was still in stock but they would not allow this and said the refund was my only option. I am so frustrated with Walmart right now! Maybe tomorrow I will try to call them instead of doing a chat to see if I get better results.

      UPDATE: After being forced to take the refund for the item, I tried calling Walmart and was told that the best they could do was to offer a 20% price reduction if I wanted to re-order the item in the red color. After keeping persistent that all I was asking is for them to honor the price I already paid and that it was not my fault they messed up the original order, they agreed to transfer me to their “escalation department”. Finally, I got someone to make an adjustment to my new order so that I am paying the same price again. Whew…..what terrible customer service! I’m glad they finally took care of it though. Expecting item to arrive today.

    I got the same delayed email as you all. But I was not even going to try to cancel. I decided to wait it out even though the website still had the status as “Packing”. I just kept checking everyday at the status and sure enough yesterday (9/6) the status showed it was at my local store. I never received an email or text (as requested). I picked it up today and was so excited to plug it in & use it. Come to find out the the mechanism inside of mine is broken. WHAH!! I’m so bummed. The price is back up to original and I don’t wanna mess with it anymore. Taking it back for a refund tomorrow. 🙁 So Sad.
