Purchased online and am now filling out the rebate form…there are required fields for “purchase location” including city and state. Not sure what to do with this…sure hope it’s not rejected bc I’d never purchase this without the rebate!

My claim was denied 🙁 Anyone else have an issue? I believe it’s because the rebate form asked for address, city, and state of the purchase location. I was unsure what to put – so for each field I put AdvanceAutoParts.com I’ve contacted them and hope they accept my claim b/c I would never spent ~$13 on detergent 🙁
Mine was too! I put “Online” in the address fields. I emailed and left a voicemail. Considering the fine print says online orders are OK, they should honor the rebate.
It’s frustrating! I’ve emailed, called and waited on hold until I got a message that they could not take my call at this time, and left a voicemail. Two days and no response so far. I wonder if the detergent can be returned to Advanced Auto… :***( I read on Slick Deals that others are having issues, too.
I followed the advice from Slick deals comments on the rebate issues and resubmitted. Sounds like the key is to submit a new claim with the copy of shipment receipt in the box and use the sender’s address on that receipt. In my case it was 1675 U.S. 42 South Delaware, OH 43015. Apparently they are honoring those claims the second time around. Good luck

I tried the exact same thing as the poster above, using the Delaware, OH address that was on my shipping label. Attached that, the order, and the order confirmation. Still denied with no explanation. At this point, I’m returning it. Ridiculous!
