You can get it for $5/mo or less including taxes and fees if you call and negotiate.

REALLY? We pay $13ish a month for just the basic package with no extras. My husband has been wanting me to get him one that he can put on his desk at work but I don’t really want to pay another $13. Did you tell them you were going to cancel or just asked for a cheaper price?

      • Kalynn

Yes. It’s super annoying but I write the date down and call every 5 months (the day before it automatically starts a new higher price subscription). In fact, I just called today. I always pay $25 (plus taxes) for 5 months. I am now good until February 6, and I will call again.

        • Skoozz

Kalynn I do the same thing. Takes time and patience, but always get them down to $5 per month for 5 months. Annoying as heck. I usually state what I’m going through at the time and just can’t afford anything more than the $5 I’ve been paying. The last one was Hurricane Harvey, didn’t have to beg as much. Always make an attempt to get that $5 for 12 months, or at least 6, even offered to pay 3 years in advance at $5 per. Always come back with 5 months. Guess they think we’ll forget! . Sad they treat loyal customers that way. Bad Business Model.

      • Kalynn

Oh and I said I am going to cancel and they ask if it’s price and I say yes and they will throw multiple offers at me and I say no until they finally give me my same one. It’s so annoying to go through the whole song and dance each time but whatever. Even if I say “I want this same offer” they still try to confuse you and say about some year long price for $99, and then a 6 month deal that’s still not as good too.

He can log onto his computer at work and listen to the music through the account that he already has. There is no need for a 2nd device or account.

    • Kristy

I do this all the time. They give me a price and I say no I paid $5 per month last time. If I can’t get that again I’ll just cancel it. They always make it happen.

Way too expensive to listen to a radio almost as bad a cable tv. Should be cheaper. Taxes and other fees are crazy

    • Mrs Smith

      Same

  3. Kim

I do the same thing every 5 months . Thanks for reminding me that I need to call them before 9/18. 🙂

  4. Tracy

Thanks for the tip! I pay 26 a month so I can listen on my boat and in my car but I’m gonna try to negotiate that now.

  5. Mrs Smith

Perfect timing Collin and crew! Just bought a new car 3 months ago and the free trial ends in a week or so. Tysm 🎶 now we can still “jam”

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Awesome! You’re so welcome!

  6. Dev

Yes…negotiate. Don’t back down. They will keep giving you offers that get better every time. I do this every 5-6 months on both our vehicles.

    • Amber

Is it one subscription or two for the vehicles and what do you pay for both if you don’t mind me asking?

  7. pokz

Same thing u can do with comcast or fios…tell them that u are cancelling service

  8. Shey

I also only pay $30 for 6 months on both our vehicles,if not they can keep it I say.

    • Amber

$30 for each or $30 total?

  9. Oatbunch

Are you able to download an app to use their service or do you need their device?

    • Chrispy

Yes but you have to pay an additional fee with your monthly subscription to have the app. At least that’s what I’ve learned from my inquiries.

  10. Tonya

We negotiate a cheaper price also, buy just a heads up; you can’t use the app to listen if you get one of the lower rates.

    • SJ

We have been paying full price for years. Frustrating, but we use the App all he time, so I guess that lets us out of a better price.

  11. Kdk

Ask about paying for a lifetime membership!! I did and paid about 200 BUT that was about 5 years ago. I have not paid a penny since. Hella deal u think? True story

  12. Justin

We pay $89 for a year subscription

  13. lESLIE

LOOKS LIKE THE OFFER IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE
