   I contacted my local store (CA), the employee read their paperwork on the event to me. The time is 4:00pm, Oct. 7th and he said this goes to all stores.

   Just an FYI – pretty sure the same Ninjago dragon is being given away with $35 purchase on Lego.com. So, if you don’t want to fight the crowds – and do a little holiday shopping – you could just shop online and get it free. See Colin’s post:
